INSPECTION

With every home inspection performed by Coastal Property Services you will receive a FREE SECURITY ALARM INSEPCTION performed by Brinks Home Security a third-party service provider
for Coastal Property Services.

Homes with Alarm Systems:

1. Brink’s Home Security will perform a FREE alarm system inspection for customers of Coastal Property Services (CPS).
2. The alarm inspection lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending upon the size of the home, and is performed during the same time as the home inspection.
3. After the evaluation of the existing alarm, the Brink’s Inspector informs the home buyer exactly what components the alarm has and where they are located. This process takes only a few minutes and will not disrupt the home inspection.
4. The Brink’s Inspector will leave a complete report with the homebuyer and the home inspector.

Homes without Alarm Systems:

1. Brinks provides the home inspector with a brochure for the homebuyer, highlighting how families can help make their home safer and detailing any Brinks special offers or promotions.
2. Brinks will contact the homebuyer to answer any questions they might have concerning home security.
